After the Storm
Hail or wind hit your area? We'll give you a look.
Club members get a visual storm assessment after a significant hail or wind event in their area. We'll check for obvious damage and help you understand next steps. If it's more than take a look, we'll document it for insurance — no diagnostic fee for members.
Note: a storm check is an assessment, not a second full 17-point inspection. If we find something and repairs are needed, we'll lay out exactly what's next.
What's Covered
Honest about what the Club is — and isn't
Your membership covers inspection and light preventative maintenance. If anything needs replacement — shingles, flashing, a pipe boot, carpentry, a repair — we'll quote it separately, ahead of time, at a member discount. No surprises.
The Club is not an insurance policy, and no membership can guarantee a roof never leaks. What we can do is catch problems early and keep your roof maintained so leaks are far less likely.
